SELF-DEFENCE: Fundamental part
Series of techniques which give the learners the possibility to defend themselves against any type of attacks (kicks, punches, clutch, weapons, several aggressors) and to avoid being hurt. These techniques might help them to dominate their aggressor.
With simple but precise techniques, the pupils can develop an attitude where reflexes and immediate action in front of a danger are established. Their goal is to reach an optimal self-confidence.
COMBAT: Advanced phase
Tactics, feints, combination of several techniques, psychological dimension of the fight. The combat represents the most advanced phase and it teaches you how to neutralize quickly one or several opponents. Having taught the basic techniques of self-defence, Jean-Philippe offers to pupils different effective ways that are rapid in order to respond to an attack by stopping the aggressor. This phase allows the pupil to be unharmed in a dangerous situation.
