Strength and Conditioning Training


Krav Maga instills into the student a special mental discipline which allows him to develop his abilities to defend against attacks. Thus, the student has no more obsessive fear of being attacked, on the contrary his mental grows and he develops a safe behaviour.

1- The psychological training

This training appears since the beginning of the initiation period till the end. The focus is on developing important physical abilities through:

- The growth of self achievement.
- Self-control

2- The mental training

The practitioners may have overexcited or apathetic reactions so that desensitization techniques are used and allow:

- The end of emotional reactions
- Self-contrôl throughout the awareness of psychological mechanisms
